Hi guys, how are you today?

Today we want to discuss the basics of the location, the on-site conditions, and the current status of the project area. For this purpose, we've copied the site plan from our Google Earth project, which you can view here.

It is clearly visible that, as the first stage of expansion, we have provided an area of around 400 x 400 metres, which will serve as a reforestation area.
Unlike the other planned areas, this is a 15-20-year-old established spruce commercial forest that was planted at too high a density. As a result, the individual trees cannot develop sufficiently. Therefore, we will remove weak and surplus trees and simultaneously plant a suitable deciduous tree in their place.

Here you can see the area according to a rough scheme

The first 1,000 trees will cover approximately three to four hectares. The expected planting period for the first batch is October/November 2023.
For this purpose, we are still looking for motivated helpers who, in return for food and lodging, want to combine healthy exercise in nature with friendly fellow human beings and a learning experience in forest ecology.
